Roofline is open for business. We are  operating at level 3 restrictions until further notice.  Level 3 has restrictions and requirements that has resulted in a change to how we conduct our business.  These changes are outlined below.

ORDERING

No one other than our employees will be allowed into the office or factory areas during level 3 restrictions.

All orders must be placed via email, phone or text.

PAYMENT

If you are not an account holder payment will need to be made prior to collecting your finished products. We can email you an invoice with our bank details.

You can pay via the internet or you can phone us to make payment to your credit card. Surcharge of 2.5% applies.

No one will be allowed into the office to use our eftpos or credit card facility.

COLLECTION OF COMPLETED ORDERS

We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

When you arrive at our factory you will be met at the front entrance, and we will collect your order and place it outside the building for you to collect.

Masks must be worn at all times.

If items are required to be craned onto a truck or trailer you will have to reverse into the loading bay, and wait in your vehicle until the loading is completed. You will then leave the loading bay and secure your load outside the building.

Please follow normal social distancing requirements when other people are present.

You will be required to sign in or scan the QR code at the entrance.
